1. Services Provided

ANEA Media SRL ("we," "us," "our") provides Meta advertising management, sales funnel building, and marketing strategy services to clients ("you," "your").

By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Service Delivery

Meta Ads Management

• Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis
• We monitor, optimize, and manage your Meta ad campaigns daily
• Monthly reporting and strategic recommendations are included
• Clients are responsible for ad spend costs separately
• Service begins within 3–5 business days of receiving account access and onboarding materials

Sales Funnel Building & Strategy

• Custom packages are quoted based on scope before work begins
• Payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery
• Delivery timelines are confirmed in writing before project start
• Revisions are included within the agreed project scope
• Typical delivery time: 2–6 weeks depending on project complexity

Strategy & Consulting

• Delivered as a one-time engagement
• Scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins
• Typical delivery time: 1–2 weeks from project start

3. Cancellation Policy

Meta Ads Management

• Clients may cancel at any time with written notice to [email protected]
• We recommend a minimum 3-month commitment for optimal results
• The current month's retainer is non-refundable upon cancellation
• No lock-in contracts — cancel anytime

Sales Funnel Building & Strategy

• Projects cannot be cancelled once work has begun
• If cancellation is requested before work starts, the upfront deposit is fully refundable

4. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not offered once work has begun.

For Meta Ads Management, the current month's retainer is non-refundable once the service period has started.

For Sales Funnel Building and Strategy, the 50% upfront deposit is non-refundable once project work begins.

We work with clients until they are satisfied with deliverables within the agreed project scope.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely access to ad accounts, funnels, and necessary platforms
• Respond to requests for information or approval within agreed timelines
• Provide brand assets, copy, or content as needed for campaigns or funnels

6. Limitation of Liability

ANEA Media is not responsible for:

• Ad account suspensions or restrictions imposed by Meta
• Results or performance of campaigns (we optimize for best results but cannot guarantee specific outcomes)
• Third-party platform changes or technical issues
